  Jersey Shore Multisport is hosting another Sprint Triathlon in Asbury Park on August 7th, 2010, “Born to Tri.” It’s a new 15 mile 2 loop course!

  I will be available for pre and post stretching at this event!  Hope to see you all there.

  Belmar 5 – July 10, 2010

  

  Look for the AMTA Sports Team at the Belmar 5 on July 10, 2010.   We will  be stretching the Athletes Pre and Post Race!

  Let me know if you’ll be there and I’ll keep an eye out for you!  If you know of someone who is participating, tell them to find me and my massage table.
